The Program is targeted towards excellent international young scientists holding a PhD degree to pursue postdoctoral research in China.
Funding
Two-year funding with annual allowance of 300,000 RMB
Successful candidates can also apply for other funding program if fulfilling the relevant requirements(i.e. International Young Talent Program)
Eligibility for International Postdoctoral Exchange Fellowship Program:
The applicants shall be under 35 years old, of good moral character, and in good health for the two-year research
The applicants shall be foreign nationalities or Chinese who have obtained doctoral degrees abroad within the recent three years
The universities where the applicants obtained their doctoral degrees shall be in the list of World’s Top 100 Universities or the research discipline shall be ranked top 100 worldwide
For applicants with Ph.D. degree from Germany or from countries located along the Belt and Road, the requirements for university ranking might be waived.

Kindly be noted that applicant who doesn’t fulfill the requirements for the International Postdoctoral Exchange Fellowship Program can also apply for post-doc positions at ICSR. Competitive allowance will be provided according to university’s standard.
